My room included climate control, cable TV, and a microwave. Location: the hotel was near downtown as well as Houston. The place was close to I Dream of Falafel, where you can have dinner😃

The idea to include a microwave oven and a fridge in the a double room was nice. The staff was ATTENTIVE plus the location was comfortable. Willowbrook district was definitely worth visiting.

Great and comfortable location near downtown Houston and everyplace. I felt safe in Houston. All the employees were amiable and attentive. the double room was reasonably spacious. the beds were comfortable.

Great value for the money. Room was spacious. Staff were attentive. Thoroughly enjoyed climate control, multi-channel television, and a microwave oven in the room. Pleased it had a bathtub. Great and convenient location. Clinton subway station was just 10 minutes away. Area was good.

The management and staff were friendly and helpful, the location was convenient for walking to nearby places we wanted to visit, and there was a public park just a mile away.

I greatly enjoyed the tidy room and nice staff. the location was marvelous in a nice area, very close to downtown Houston. Willowbrook district was worth staying in.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. the location was convenient as it was close to the mall and various restaurants. Additionally, the cleaning staff was courteous and did a good job refreshing the room each day.
There were multiple issues during my stay. the front desk staff had poor customer service and made it difficult to address concerns.
